Business Model

NewGras has implemented a straightforward business model.

We provide overseas business development services in exchange for compensation operating under the auspices as our client’s vendor representatives.

Typically our client’s will consist of start-ups (IT Product Providers) that are looking to increase their market footprint, revenues and profits in markets such as APAC or APAC based client’s looking to expand their reach into the Americas/ROW markets.

In order for those clients to expand into markets not yet reached by them, and in many cases their competition, NewGras helps our client’s do so quickly, by minimizing their risk and initial investment.

The model is as follows:
NewGras in association with its affiliates, once under contract with the client, will co-develop the design and execution of plans & services to assist vendor/clients achieve increased market awareness & revenue by matching & leveraging partnerships with the best suited channels in the targeted markets.

NewGras can provide a comprehensive set of services tailored to meet the specific requirements of the project.

In most cases we maintain ongoing operational responsibilities on behalf of our clients until such time that they are ready, or decide, to hire a dedicated set of resources to support the effort.
